Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Knowviq Learn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, including the full name you want printed on certificates. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Course access

Courses, lessons and quizzes are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial learning. We may add, update, restructure or withdraw course content at any time.

4. Quizzes and certificates

  • Each course has a 10-question final quiz with a 60% pass mark.
  • Retakes are unlimited and free.
  • A certificate is issued only after you pass a quiz and apply a certificate credit.
  • Certificates confirm completion of a Knowviq Learn course. They are not accredited qualifications.
  • We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, automation or misrepresentation.

5. Payments

Certificate credits are currently paid for by UPI, using the Knowviq Learn UPI ID or QR code shown at the redemption step. After paying, you submit the UTR / transaction ID from your UPI app. Payments are verified manually by our team, and certificate credits are added to your account only after an administrator approves your payment. Prices are charged in INR; other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions for reference only. Credits are non-transferable.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, resell or redistribute course content.
  • Do not scrape, automate or attempt to bypass quiz grading.
  • Do not misuse certificates or claim accreditation we do not provide.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding and platform design remain the property of Knowviq Learn. You receive a limited, revocable licence to access content for your own learning.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific career, academic or financial outcomes from completing a course.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
